Increases the permit fee for aerial fireworks, display fireworks, and articles pyrotechnic from $110 to $300 under Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 132D-10(2)

Maintains existing permit fees of $25 for consumer firecrackers and $25 for consumer fireworks used for cultural purposes outside prescribed periods

Justifies the fee increase to cover increased costs for processing, review, and approval of permits that have accumulated over several years

Takes effect upon approval
