Expands the definition of "industrial park" under Hawaii law to include broadband cable landing and connectivity infrastructure facility development as a high technology activity.

Authorizes the high technology development corporation's board of directors to establish advisory subcommittees when developing industrial parks with broadband cable landing facilities, with subcommittee members serving without compensation but eligible for expense reimbursement.

Requires the high technology development corporation to submit a report to the governor and legislature at least twenty days before the 2016 regular session on the formation of advisory subcommittees and plans to develop industrial parks with broadband cable landing and connectivity infrastructure facilities.

Takes effect on February 19, 2025.
