Authorizes the Rental Housing Trust Fund to provide loans or grants for public-use spaces within mixed-use residential housing developments.

Requires the residential rental component to be the primary use in the mixed-use development and qualify as an eligible rental housing project under section 201H-204.

Caps loans or grants for public-use spaces per project at an amount to be determined (blank in the bill text).

Defines "spaces for public uses" to include community meetings, employment training, health care, social services, education, and juvenile services centers.

Requires the corporation to report annually to the legislature on any loans or grants made for public-use spaces in mixed-use residential developments, with an effective date of July 1, 2050.
