Request the Auditor to conduct a fiscal audit of financial reports, special financial reports, and budgets for the past ten years for the Campus Center at the University of Hawaii at Hilo.

The audit is prompted by questions about how student fees are used for Campus Center services and employee salaries, and the Student Union's unmet request for budget and financial documents.

Require the Auditor to submit a report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2017 Regular Session convenes, including findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation.

Direct transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the Auditor, Board of Regents Chair, University of Hawaii President, UH Hilo Chancellor, and Student Union President at UH Hilo.
