Request the Legislative Reference Bureau to create and maintain a comprehensive list of all state boards and commissions in coordination with the Office of the Governor and Boards and Commissions Office.

Comprehensive list must include appointing authority, length of term, appointment dates, current vacancies, new board or commission enactments, and statutory changes affecting composition, quorum, or term limits.

Office of the Governor, Boards and Commissions Office, and all state departments must provide necessary information to the Legislative Reference Bureau for list creation and maintenance, with the list made publicly available on the Internet.

Legislative Reference Bureau must report to the Legislature on board and commission appointments nearing term end, vacancies, and statutory changes affecting boards or commissions.

Certified copies to be transmitted to the Governor, all state department heads, and key state officials, with department heads required to distribute copies to their administratively attached boards and commissions.
