Requests the Department of Education to provide equipment necessary for a full-service conventional kitchen at Keaukaha Elementary School on the island of Hawaii.

Requests the Department of Education to provide necessary positions to operate the kitchen at Keaukaha Elementary School.

Notes that a new cafetorium with serving kitchen was completed at Keaukaha Elementary School in 2015 using an $8,000,000 appropriation from Act 180, Session Laws of Hawaii 2010.

Requires Keaukaha Elementary School to use some of its cafeteria funds to hire additional kitchen staff to support the full-service kitchen operation.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Board of Education Chairperson, Superintendent of Education, Principal of Keaukaha Elementary School, and President of the Keaukaha Community Association.
