Requests the United States Congress to award a Congressional Gold Medal collectively to Filipino veterans of World War II in recognition of their dedicated service.

Recognizes that nearly 100,000 soldiers of the Philippine Commonwealth Army fought alongside United States and Allied forces during World War II to defend and reclaim the Philippine islands from Japanese occupation.

Notes that these Filipino soldiers played a vital role in the Allied victory through guerrilla actions that provided the United States Armed Forces time to prepare counterattacks.

Directs that certified copies of this concurrent resolution be transmitted to the President of the United States, President Pro Tempore of the United States Senate, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, Hawaii's congressional delegation, and the Director of the Office of Veterans' Services.
