Notes that 86% of Wahiawa residents seek medical care outside the area, and 42% delayed needed medical care due to inability to get timely appointments and long wait times.

Documents that the Wahiawa Center for Community Health, incorporated January 25, 2012, as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, will provide affordable multi-disciplinary healthcare including primary care, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, behavioral health, dental care, and pharmacy services.

Projects that at full capacity, the center will create approximately 70 full-time jobs directly and 39 indirectly, contributing $11,000,000 annually to the local economy and $365,000 to state and local taxes.
