Expresses support for the Executive Office on Aging's implementation of a three-year federal grant to incorporate the No Wrong Door System approach into the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) network.

The No Wrong Door System streamlines access to long-term services and supports through a single, standardized entry process with coordination between multiple state and private agencies serving all ages and populations with disabilities.

Hawaii received a one-year planning grant in 2014 and a three-year implementation grant in 2015 from the United States Administration for Community Living, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and Veterans Health Administration.

Federal grant funding will be used to expand the ADRC network, develop person-centered counseling curriculum and staff training, and create multiple funding sources to sustain the network while helping service providers comply with new federal guidance requirements.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Governor, Directors of Health and Human Services, Director of Veterans' Services, and all county mayors.
