Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to amend Land Office Deed No. 27836 to include an additional 943 square feet of seawall footing area that was discovered during a shoreline certification survey but not included in the original 1990 easement.

The previously unexposed section of seawall footing on state submerged lands at Lahaina, Maui (Tax Map Key (2) 4-4-001: Seaward of 55) shall be added to the perpetual non-exclusive easement granted to the Papakea Association of Apartment Owners for maintenance, repair, and landscaping purposes.

The Papakea AOAO has already satisfied the Board's requirement for a one-time payment of $12,070.40 for the additional area.

The amended easement shall run with the land and benefit Tax Map Key (2) 4-4-001: 055, but shall cease immediately upon expiration, termination, or abandonment of the easement, and any transfer must include written notice to the grantor and successors.

Standard terms and conditions of the current shoreline encroachment easement document form shall apply to the amended easement.
