Requests the Hawaii State Foundation on Culture and the Arts to establish an Alii Memorial Art Advisory Task Force to address placement and commemoration of Hawaiian monarchs.

Task force composition includes the Comptroller, Board of Land and Natural Resources Chairperson, Foundation Chairperson, Office of Hawaiian Affairs Administrator, one Senate member, one House member, and representatives from ten specified Hawaiian organizations.

Task force directed to discuss relocating the Spirit of Liliuokalani statue to a more prominent royal setting and commissioning permanent artworks commemorating all eight Hawaiian monarchs, including King Kamehameha I through Queen Liliuokalani, with traditional kahili and pulo'ulo'u symbols.

Task force must hold initial meeting by November 1, 2016, and submit findings, design recommendations, cost estimates, and proposed relocation site to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2018 Regular Session.

Task force dissolves on June 30, 2018.
