Requests the Office of Planning, in consultation with the Office of Environmental Quality Control, to study the potential negative impacts of environmental assessment requirements for agricultural land subdivision.

Directs the Office of Planning to submit findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2017 Regular Session.

Identifies concern that environmental assessment requirements for agricultural land subdivision may be unnecessarily burdensome for owners or lessees.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Director of Business, Economic Development and Tourism, Director of Planning, and Director of Health.
