Requests U.S. Congress, Department of Justice, Federal Communications Commission, and Hawaii Attorney General to examine ways to remove defamatory statements from the Internet after court judgments find statements to be defamatory.

Asks authorities to place particular emphasis on removing hyperlinks to webpages containing defamatory statements from Internet search engine results.

Identifies the burden on defamation victims who must repeatedly sue every entity republishing false statements online rather than removing statements at the source.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the U.S. Senate Majority Leader, House Speaker, Hawaii's congressional delegation, U.S. Attorney General, FCC Chairman, and Hawaii Attorney General.
