Appropriates funds to the Hawaii ant lab of the Pacific cooperative studies unit at the University of Hawaii to support mitigation of the little fire ant for fiscal years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.

Allocated funds support two full-time operator positions, one full-time supervisor position, vehicle and operating costs for public outreach and treatment, ant baits, field equipment and personal protective equipment, and computers and printers.

The University of Hawaii is designated to expend the appropriated funds for purposes of this Act.

Effective date of July 1, 2050.
