Property is zoned for agricultural use and contains seven buildings equipped with irrigation and misting systems, suitable for fulfilling the state's constitutional obligations to conserve and protect agricultural lands.

Appropriates funds from the land conservation fund for fiscal year 2017-2018 to purchase the property (specific dollar amount left blank in bill text).

Exempts this acquisition from standard acquisition and application provisions under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 173A-5(h) and (i).

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
