Requires Department of Education schools to post signs containing the Department of Human Services child abuse or neglect hotline in a conspicuous, publicly accessible location.

Requires charter schools to post the same child abuse or neglect hotline signs in conspicuous, publicly accessible locations.

Establishes minimum sign requirements including minimum size of 11 inches by 17 inches, phone number in bold print, placement at eye level in high-traffic areas, and instructions to call 911 for emergencies.

Directs the Director of Human Services to determine additional languages beyond English to be included on signs and to consult with school officials on sign size and location requirements.

Requires signs to include directions for accessing the Department of Human Services child welfare services website for information on reporting abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
