Establishes Hawaii minimum wage of $10.10 per hour beginning January 1, 2018, ending December 31, 2018

Requires the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to calculate an adjusted minimum wage rate annually beginning September 30, 2018, and each September 30 thereafter, taking effect the following January 1

Uses the Honolulu region consumer price index for urban wage earners and clerical workers (CPI-W) for the twelve months prior to September 1 each year to determine the adjusted minimum wage

Adjusts tipped employee minimum wage provisions to 75 cents per hour beginning January 1, 2016, with combined wages plus tips required to be at least $7.00 more than the applicable minimum wage

Takes effect upon approval
