Reallocates $1,000,000 annually from transient accommodations tax revenues previously designated for operating a Hawaiian center and museum of Hawaiian music and dance at the Hawaii Convention Center.

Redirects the $1,000,000 to fund structural improvements to parks and public facilities to be determined with community input.

Requires that park and facility improvements include space for health promotion activities, physical activities, and creating a Native Hawaiian sense of place.

Effective July 1, 2017.
