Appropriates $9,588,608 to the Senate for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2018, including $8,326,108 for general operations, $1,150,000 for the legislative information system, and $112,500 for legislative broadcasting.

Appropriates $13,205,390 to the House of Representatives for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2018, including $12,154,466 for general operations, $938,424 for the legislative information system, and $112,500 for legislative broadcasting.

Appropriates $3,151,649 to the Office of the Auditor for fiscal year 2017-2018 operations and $150,000 for special studies, legislative studies, and other purposes approved by the Senate President and House Speaker.

Appropriates $2,800,000 to the audit revolving fund and $6,300,000 from the audit revolving fund to the Office of the Auditor for conducting audit functions during fiscal year 2017-2018.

Appropriates $3,676,187 to the Legislative Reference Bureau, $1,316,799 to the Office of the Ombudsman, and $1,112,093 to the State Ethics Commission for fiscal year 2017-2018 operations.

Appropriates vacation payout funds totaling $500,028 across all agencies for accrued vacation and vacation transfer payments for departing employees, with unexpended funds lapsing to the general fund on June 30, 2018.
