Amends Section 11-340, Hawaii Revised Statutes to require the Campaign Spending Commission to publish the names of all candidate and noncandidate committees that fail to file reports.

Expands the commission's publication requirement to include both candidate committees and noncandidate committees on its website.

Specifies that committees must correct reports within two weeks from the commission's notice to correct or have their names published for non-compliance.

Replaces vague language about "time allowed by the commission" with a specific two-week deadline for correcting reports.

Takes effect upon approval.
