Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 466-36(b) to broaden the standards for peer review procedures in public accountancy.

Removes the specific reference to "AT section 201 of" the Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements and instead requires compliance with the broader Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements adopted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Constitutes a housekeeping amendment to update the regulatory language governing peer review processes for certified public accountants.

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
