Violations of department orders carry fines up to $5,000 per offense, with each day of non-compliance constituting a separate offense.

Allows the department to recover expenses and fines through court proceedings if owners fail to comply with orders after proper notice.

Permits the department to obtain a district court warrant to authorize law enforcement to assist in gaining entry to properties and executing invasive species control measures if owners refuse access.
