Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 323F-7(c) to authorize the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation to enter into contracts with private entities for food services at corporation facilities.

Adds new subsection (14)(B) explicitly granting the corporation and regional system boards power to contract with for-profit or not-for-profit entities to provide food services at health facilities.

Allows privatization of cafeteria and food service operations while maintaining existing contractual authority for other services already granted under the statute.

Takes effect upon approval with no specified effective date delay.
