• Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes section 502-17(a) to require plans of deregistered land to include specific documentation data when filed with the registrar.

• For land deregistered under chapter 501, part II, plans must now include the last lot number, map number, application or consolidation number, and document numbers of the canceled certificate of title and order of deregistration.

• This deregistration data must be recorded in the bureau of conveyances pursuant to section 501-261.5.

• Effective date is July 1, 2050.
