Department of Land and Natural Resources must transfer non-agricultural park lands to the Department of Agriculture by June 30, 2019, pursuant to Act 90 (Session Laws of Hawaii 2003).

Any identified lands not transferred by the deadline shall be placed under Department of Agriculture jurisdiction by July 1, 2020, with DLNR remaining responsible for non-compliant leases and DOA assuming compliant ones.

Both departments must jointly report to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2018 regular session convening, including a complete list of all identified land transfers and transfer efforts.

Act takes effect on July 1, 2030.
