Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 454M-3 to add a new exemption from mortgage servicer licensing and regulations for nonprofit organizations and their employees.

The exemption applies to nonprofit organizations exempt from Section 454F-25 and extends the exemption to their employees.

Maintains all existing exemptions for federally chartered institutions, trust companies, credit unions, insurance companies, federal agencies, and certain limited residential lenders.

Takes effect upon approval.
