Authorizes pharmacists to administer human papillomavirus, meningococcal, influenza, and tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis vaccines to children ages 11-17 (expanded from current age 14-17).

Requires pharmacists to verify that the prescriber is the patient's medical home before administering vaccines to children ages 11-17.

Mandates pharmacists administering vaccines to children ages 11-17 complete training program approved by Accreditation Council of Pharmacy Education and submit certificate to the board prior to administration.

Updates pharmacy practice definition to include administration of specified vaccines to persons between 11-17 years old pursuant to valid prescription.
