Establishes an automatic restraining order effective upon filing of a complaint for annulment, divorce, or separation that applies to both parties.

Prohibits parties from selling, transferring, encumbering, concealing, or disposing of property except for reasonable living expenses, ordinary business operations, attorney's fees, written agreements, or court orders.

Restricts parties from incurring new debts that would burden the other party's credit, except for reasonable living and business expenses, children's education, and litigation costs.

Prevents either party from changing beneficiaries on life insurance policies, pensions, or retirement accounts without written consent or court order, and requires maintenance of all existing insurance coverage.

Prohibits removal of minor children from their current island of residence or school, and allows defendants to file a motion to modify or set aside the restraining order without submitting to court jurisdiction.
