Establishes the Erin's Law task force convened by the legislature to review current policies, programs, and curricula for sexual abuse prevention education in public schools and report recommendations for a statewide program.

Task force comprises 15 members including the superintendent of education (chair), directors of health and human services, attorney general, legislature representatives, school principals, teachers, and representatives from Planned Parenthood, Sex Abuse Treatment Center, and youth service organizations.

Task force must consider age-appropriate curricula for grades pre-K through 12, professional training for school staff on sexual abuse prevention and mandated reporting, parental involvement components, and alignment with federal Title IX requirements.

Task force must submit initial report with findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than 20 days before the 2018 regular session, with a follow-up report before the 2019 regular session.

Appropriates unspecified general revenue funds for fiscal years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 to the Department of Education for task force operations, with the task force dissolving on June 30, 2019.
