Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 708-813 to add a new subsection (d) to the criminal trespass in the first degree statute.

Makes it illegal to enter or remain on streets, sidewalks, or public rights-of-way immediately adjacent to school property during regular school hours or within one hour before or after the school day or school-sponsored activity.

Requires that the person have no lawful business purpose and be interfering with or disrupting the orderly operation, safety, or peaceful conduct of the school or school activity through their presence or intentional actions.

Requires reasonable warning or request to leave by school authorities or a police officer before criminal trespass charges can be filed under this new provision.

Effective date is July 1, 2051.
