Endorses and adopts the United Nations seventeen sustainable development goals as a framework for addressing Hawaii's efforts toward social justice and sustainability.

Urges all county councils to endorse and use the seventeen sustainable development goals as measurements for each county's efforts regarding people, peace, and the planet.

Lists the seventeen goals: No poverty, Zero hunger, Good health and well-being, Quality education, Gender equality, Clean water and sanitation, Affordable and clean energy, Decent work and economic growth, Industry innovation and infrastructure, Reduced inequalities, Sustainable cities and communities, Responsible consumption and production, Climate action, Life below water, Life on land, Peace justice and strong institutions, and Partnerships for the goals.

Requires certified copies to be transmitted to federal officials, the United Nations, the Hawaii Governor, county mayors and council chairs, and state agency directors and education leaders.
