Requests the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to continue documenting violations of the smoking prohibition established under section 356D-6.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, in public housing, state low-income housing, and elder/elderly household projects.

Requires the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to retain violation documentation in resident records in compliance with the Authority's rules.

Cites health risks of secondhand and thirdhand smoke exposure, including the Surgeon General's declaration that no safe level of secondhand smoke exposure exists and that thirdhand smoke residue creates toxic substances containing cancer-causing chemicals.

Directs certified copies to be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director of the Hawaii Public Housing Authority.
