Requests the State Auditor to conduct a sunrise review of proposed legislation to license and regulate resident managers for condominium associations.

Notes that resident managers currently are not required to be licensed, certified, registered, or otherwise regulated by the State.

Identifies that resident managers serve as principal advisors to condominium associations on elections, budgets, financial matters, contracts, personnel, and maintenance issues.

Requires the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2018 Regular Session convenes.

Mandates transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Auditor.
