Urges the President and Congress of the United States to continue support for the President's Malaria Initiative (PMI), a program launched in 2005 to reduce malaria deaths in high-burden countries.

Notes that in 2016, malaria caused 212 million cases worldwide and 429,000 deaths, primarily affecting children under five in Sub-Saharan Africa, despite the disease being preventable and treatable.

Recognizes the PMI's success in reducing malaria deaths by half in fifteen Sub-Saharan African countries and its expansion to the Greater Mekong Subregion of Southeast Asia under President Barack Obama.

Supports the Hawaii Jaycees, United States Junior Chamber, and Junior Chamber International in their 2017 priority to secure continued U.S. support for the PMI.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the President, congressional leadership, Hawaii's Congressional Delegation, and leaders of the Jaycees organizations.
