Department of Human Resources Development shall collect all state department and agency policies related to workplace violence complaints and investigations

Department shall compile statewide data and reports of workplace violence incidents occurring during the previous fiscal year

Department must develop procedures enabling state agencies and employees to report workplace violence incidents and ensure confidentiality of all information and identifying details

Department shall submit findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2018 Regular Session convenes

Department report must include corrective actions to deter future workplace violence incidents and recommend language for a statewide workplace violence policy or amendments to existing policy
