Commends and congratulates the 2017 Pearl City Highlands Elementary Robotics Program for representing Hawaii in the 2017 FIRST Robotics Championships in Houston, Texas from April 19-22, 2017.

Recognizes that the program produced two championship teams: Team 4025 (1st Place) and Team 4033 (2nd Place) in the 2017 Hawaii FIRST Robotics State Championships.

Acknowledges the program's support of 35 students across five teams competing in FIRST Lego, VEX, and Robofest, including students with special needs, English language learners, and homeless students.

Names seven coaches (Gary Kanamori, Kyle Matsumoto, Janice Lee, Albert Seamster, Bob Fujikawa, Leila Phanphengdy, and Kathy Kawabata) and 31 student participants who represent the program.

Wishes the team continued success in all future endeavors.
