Establishes a Remnant Parcel Task Force under the House Committee on Land and Water to inventory and evaluate small state-owned properties suitable for sale.

Task Force must include at least one representative each from the Department of Land and Natural Resources and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.

Task Force is directed to create a comprehensive inventory of remnant parcels owned by the State and develop a process for their disposition.

Task Force must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the House of Representatives no later than twenty days before the 2018 Regular Session convenes.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources and the Chief Executive Officer of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
