Requests the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to continue documenting violations of the smoking prohibition established by Act 91, Session Laws of Hawaii 2014, codified as section 356D-6.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Directs the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to retain violation documentation in residents' records to comply with the Authority's rules.

Emphasizes health dangers of thirdhand smoke (residual nicotine and chemicals left on indoor surfaces) to current and future tenants, particularly children.

Notes that thirdhand smoke residue cannot be eliminated by ventilation methods and may react with indoor pollutants to create toxic, cancer-causing substances.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the Hawaii Public Housing Authority.
