Amends Section 92-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to allow boards to file public meeting notices via electronic mail instead of requiring physical filing.

Board meeting notices may be sent to an electronic mail address designated by the office of the lieutenant governor or the appropriate county clerk's office.

Maintains the existing requirement that notices be filed at least six calendar days before the meeting and posted at the meeting site whenever feasible.

Takes effect upon approval.
