Repeals Act 155, Session Laws of Hawaii 2013, which established a pilot program for leasing public school land.

Repeals Act 115, Session Laws of Hawaii 2015, which modified the public school land lease pilot program.

Does not affect rights, duties, penalties, proceedings, or leases that were established before the bill's effective date.

Restores Hawaii Revised Statutes section 302A-1148 to its form as it existed on June 30, 2013, by making this the operative date when the earlier acts are reversed.
