Appropriates $1,500,000 for fiscal year 2017-2018 and $1,500,000 for fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Agribusiness Development Corporation for a feasibility study on acquiring and upgrading Lake Wilson dam and spillway.

Study shall be conducted in cooperation with the United States Army Corps of Engineers to evaluate pumped-storage hydroelectricity development potential at Lake Wilson, a 2,500,000,000-gallon capacity reservoir built in 1903.

Funds are available only if matched dollar-for-dollar by the federal government for the study purposes.

Takes effect on July 1, 2017.
