HI SB150

Requires presidential and vice presidential candidates to publicly post their most recent income tax returns on the Internet at least 60 days before and continuing through the general election for free public access in order to appear on Hawaii's ballot.

Allows candidates to redact social security numbers, names of minor dependents, and home addresses from the posted tax returns.

Prohibits Hawaii's presidential electors from voting for any presidential or vice presidential candidate unless both candidates have posted their income tax returns meeting the requirements above.

Applies to both major party candidates and independent or minor party candidates seeking ballot placement in Hawaii.

Takes effect on January 7, 2059.
