Authorizes the department of the attorney general to transfer up to $50,000 annually from the criminal forfeiture fund to the internet crimes against children special fund beginning in fiscal year 2017-2018.

Establishes a new deposit category in the internet crimes against children special fund to accept moneys transferred from the criminal forfeiture fund.

Removes unnecessary language from the criminal forfeiture fund statute while maintaining all existing authorized uses of the fund.

Takes effect on January 7, 2059, with a provision that amendments to section 712A-16 shall not be repealed when that statute is reenacted on June 30, 2022.
