Amends Section 603-21.5 to grant circuit courts concurrent jurisdiction with family courts over felonies under Section 571-14 when multiple offenses are charged and at least one involves violations of Sections 709-903.5, 709-904, 709-905, or 709-906, or misdemeanors under Section 604-8.

Amends Section 604-8 to grant district courts concurrent jurisdiction with family courts over violations of Sections 709-904, 709-905, or 709-906 when multiple offenses are charged and at least one other offense is a criminal offense within district court jurisdiction.

Applies concurrent jurisdiction provisions to offenses involving endangering the welfare of a minor in the first and second degree, and endangering the welfare of an incompetent person.

Does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that began before the bill's effective date.

Becomes effective upon approval.
