Requires the Office of Elections to join the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) by May 8, 2018, a nonprofit organization that helps states verify voter registration accuracy using secure data-matching tools.

Mandates the Office of Elections share ERIC information and services with each county, and requires all county election offices to use ERIC to verify their voter registration rolls.

Authorizes electronic transmission of driver's license and civil identification card databases from the Department of Transportation and counties to election officials and the statewide voter registration system for voter registration processing and roll integrity.

Appropriates unspecified funds from general revenues for fiscal years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 to cover the Office of Elections' costs to join ERIC.

Takes effect on January 7, 2059 (effective date appears to contain a typographical error).
