Requires condominium board meeting agendas to be posted at least seven days prior to each meeting and made available to all association members.

Mandates boards provide association members access to all documents, reports, and proposals related to meetings and matters impacting living conditions, including fee changes, contracts exceeding $75,000, and structural renovations.

Allows association members to submit written materials and present oral testimony on any agenda item after board discussion but before the board's decision-making process.

Requires board meeting minutes to include the recorded vote of each board member on all motions without exception and to be made available to members within seven calendar days of approval.

Reduces the timeframe for providing unapproved final drafts of meeting minutes from sixty days to thirty days after the meeting; effective July 1, 2017.
