Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes section 11-322(a) to remove the requirement that candidate committees report the names and addresses of contributors who gave more than $100 in their organizational reports.

Eliminates the requirement to disclose contribution amounts and deposit dates for donors exceeding the $100 threshold in organizational filings.

Retains all other organizational report requirements, including committee name and address, candidate information, office sought, chairperson and treasurer details, and depository institution information.

Takes effect upon approval.
