Removes the requirement that registered voters provide their social security numbers when signing nomination papers for candidates.

Eliminates the requirement for social security numbers in written notices to withdraw signatures from nomination papers or other election petitions.

Allows voters to withdraw signatures from petitions by providing written notice containing name, residence address, date of birth, and signature instead of social security information.

Applies to withdrawal requests submitted to the chief election officer before the nomination paper is filed, or before 4:30 p.m. on the fourth business day prior to the filing deadline.
