Requires health insurance policies to cover case management services by qualified mental health providers for victims of sexual violence and abuse who suffer from mental illness.

Defines "case management" as professional intervention that identifies needs and assists victims in obtaining coordinated services, including coordinating with other health care providers and helping access government programs and community resources.

Defines "victim of sexual violence and abuse" as an individual suffering from mental illness caused in whole or in part by sexual violence and abuse.

Applies to all individual and group health insurance policies, hospital or medical service plan contracts, fraternal benefit societies, and health maintenance organizations issued or renewed on or after the effective date.

Takes effect on June 1, 2050.
