Requires the Department of Human Services to post inspection reports for child care facilities on its website beginning January 1, 2019, with reports posted within 30 working days of inspection completion.

Each posted inspection report must include the inspection date, violations of state laws or rules, plans of correction, corrective actions taken, and other quality and condition information.

Prohibits release of sensitive personal information (home addresses, complainant names, identifying information) for family and group child care homes, and allows withholding complaint information for up to 10 working days if investigations are ongoing.

Requires the Department of Human Services to submit an annual report to the legislature on all inspection records, violations, findings, and corrective actions including any license or registration suspensions or revocations.

Appropriates unspecified general revenue funds for fiscal years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 to implement the reporting requirements, effective July 1, 2090.
